Yes. Parkovyi's Ukrainian sites hold KSZI and comply with NBU Regulation No. 243, and GigaCloud holds a KSZI conformity certificate. We check the current regulation for your case before we propose a setup.

We process card payments. Which option fits PCI DSS?

Both partners are PCI DSS certified. Parkovyi offers a PCI DSS 4.0.1 environment where part of the requirements is delegated to the data center, which narrows the scope of your own audit.

How fast does disaster recovery start?

Parkovyi's DRaaS starts the reserve site within 30 minutes, with replication through VMware or Veeam to Kyiv, Lviv or Warsaw.

We need servers in the EU, not in Ukraine. Is that possible?

Yes. EU options include Warsaw, Frankfurt, Vienna and Bratislava, and dedicated servers at Equinix in Germany. Tell us your country and requirements and we will match the site.

Do we have to buy hardware?

No. Public and private cloud and dedicated servers are delivered as a service. Colocation is for equipment you already own.
