Who we are
This website is operated by Varnix Technologies OOD (ВАРНИКС ТЕХНОЛОДЖИС ООД), a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 205778256, with its registered office at 17 Tvardishki Prohod St., floor 2, 1404 Sofia, Bulgaria. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and any company/message details you provide, along with the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a link carrying campaign tags, that link's referrer and tags — so we know which page or campaign a request came from. Like any web server, our hosting records standard access logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type).
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Access logs are used only for operating and securing the site and are deleted automatically after 3 days. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site and is never used for advertising. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Cookies
Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) are set only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner; with “Necessary only”, no analytics script is loaded and no cookies are set. We don't use advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure App Service in the EU (West Europe). Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email via Azure Communication Services (Microsoft), with data stored in Europe. With your consent, usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited).
Legal basis
We process contact form submissions to respond to your request and take steps you ask for before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), access logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)), and analytics data only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority in your country.
