Founded
Originated as an in-house banking IT team, spun out into an independent firm.

CIS & EU expansion
Grew delivery footprint across the CIS and EU regions.
2024
Global division
Established a global division to serve clients across Europe and Central Asia.
2025
Ukraine office opens
Opened a second office in Kyiv, growing delivery capacity while serving clients across Azerbaijan, Moldova, Ukraine, and Slovakia.
2026
New markets, new practice
Added clients in Austria and new banking and pharma clients in Bulgaria, and launched a dedicated in-house SAP department to grow that practice further.
