The bank needed to modernize its network infrastructure — including its headquarters, full branch network, and ATM network — and prepare for a vendor tender covering next-generation network capabilities built around SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, and firewall modernization. To run a fair, competitive tender, the bank needed a complete, vendor-neutral technical and strategic foundation before approaching the market.
